PK Sales Ltd (#PKInAction – Win a Hamper 2021 Competition) Terms & Conditions:

This competition is promoted by PK Sales Ltd, 6 Ingrebourneway, Didcot Oxon OX11 7UP
1. This promotion is open to all UK residents except employees of PK Sales (or any affiliated companies) and their immediate families, who are not allowed to enter the competition.
2. You must be at least 18 years of age to enter this competition.
3. How to enter: Post a Video or Image of your PK Sales machinery in use on the PKSales Facebook Page www.facebook.com/PKSalesMachinery or PKSales Instagram Page https://www.instagram.com/pksalesmachinery/using the hashtag #pkinaction.
4. The opening date for entries is 19/07/2021. The closing date for entries is 31/10/2021. No entries received after this date will be accepted.
5. No purchase necessary.
6. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.
7. You understand that you are providing your information to the owner of this Facebook page and not to Facebook or Instagram.
8. Only one entry allowed per household for the video and the image.
9. Two prizes are available:

a. Best Video – A hamper from Fallow and Fields worth £200. The price will comprise:

        • Fallow and Fields luxury fitted 2 person willow gable hamper with built in cool box in green tweed.
        • Oxford Farmhouse traditional still cider.
        • Just biscuits – Cherry Bakewell Oaties and Cheddar & Roasted Garlic savoury biscuits.
        • Well Preserved Green Tomato chutney.
        • Porch Preserves Jam.
        • New Ground Coffee – Monte Carmelo.
        • Tap Social trio of craft beers.

b. Best Image – A hamper from Fallow and Fields worth £100. The price will comprise:

        • Fallow and Fields Entry level 4 person willow fitted hamper
        • Oxford Farmhouse traditional still cider & Apple Juice.
        • Just biscuits – Cherry Bakewell Oaties and Cheddar & Roasted Garlic savoury biscuits.
        • Well Preserved Green Tomato chutney.
        • Porch Preserves Jam.
        • New Ground Coffee – Monte Carmelo.
        • Tap Social Trio of craft beers
        • The Oxfordshires Chocolate company Cookies and cream chocolate bar

10. The prize is non-refundable, non-transferable and subject to availability. We reserve the right to change the contents of the hampers depending on availability. No guarantee is given as to the quality of the prize.
11. No cash or prize alternatives are available.
12. PKSales reserve the right in their reasonable discretion to substitute any prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
13. The winner of the two prizes will be selected by independent judges and winnners will be notified by direct message on Facebook / Instagram no later than the 15/11/21.
14. Where we require details from you, if you do not provide these within 28 days of notification we reserve the right to select a different winner.
15. All entrants are expected to act fairly and in the good spirit of the competition.
16. PK Sales reserves the right to investigate any irregularities and disqualify entrants at its absolute discretion.
17. The prize will be delivered to the winner between 01/12/2021 – 31/12/2021.
18. PK Sales reserves the right to select another winner if the original winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable timeframe.
19. Any application containing incorrect, false or unreadable information will be rejected. Any application including information not in the spirit of the competition will be rejected. Any applications made on behalf of or for another person or multiple entries will not be included in the competition.
20. PK Sales decision as to who has won the competition shall be final.

22. The entry instructions are part of the Terms and Conditions for this competition.
23. By entering the competition you are agreeing to accept these Terms and Conditions. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions by you will mean that your entry will not be valid, and you will not be allowed to enter this competition.

By entering this competition you are agreeing that, if you win, your name and entry may be a) used for the purpose of announcing the winner and/or distributed to individuals who request details of the winner and/or b) in any related publicity by PK Sales without additional payment or permission.
25. By entering this competition, you are agreeing PKSales can use any video or image submitted for marketing purposes. Credit will be given.
26. Any personal information you give us will be used solely for this competition and will not be passed on to any other parties without your agreement.

28. Under no circumstances will PK Sales be responsible for any loss, damages, costs or expenses arising from or in any way connected with any errors, defects, interruptions, malfunctions or delays in the promotion of the competition or prize.
29. PK Sales will not be responsible unless required by law, for any loss, changes, costs or expenses, which may arise in connection with this competition and PK Sales can cancel or alter the competition at any stage.
30. Any dispute relating to the competition shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
